Shipping options:

We currently only offer free shipping for orders over 200$/for small package orders over 139$ to Quebec and Ontario in Canada.

For other Canadian Provinces, we offer a flat CAD$13.90 discounted shipping rate for orders over 200$ or CAD$9.99 discounted rate for small package orders over 139$. 

We are still working on shipping to the United States as we expand.

Shipping Costs For Ontario and Quebec:

• Orders containing whole golf clubs (shaft & head) or shaft only: Free standard shipping on orders over $200
• Orders containing only club heads and all other regular-sized items: Free shipping on orders over $139
• Express shipping: Cost varies by location
  

Eco-Packaging:

We reuse packaging whenever possible to eliminate waste, and we encourage our customers to do the same for trade-in. However, if a box is damaged, we will recycle it to prevent clubs from being damaged during transportation.

Return/Exchanges/Warranty

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery (not date of purchase). Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. If clubs have been added wear, we have the right to deduct 20-30% of the item value from the refund. Return shipping fee applies unless items arrive not as described or defective.

Limited Warranty:

• 1-month on Final Sale Products(If damaged beyond what we stated at time of sale)
• 3 months on All Used Products Except Final Sale and Brand new Products, which may be subject to the manufacturer's warranty.
• Warranty applies, but not limited to, items damaged during transportation, clubs broken/snapped during a normal swing.

Exclusions (Customer Errors): This warranty strictly excludes damage resulting from misuse or "miss-hits," including but not limited to:

• Sky Marks / Crown Damage: Dents, scratches, or paint chips on the top of the clubhead caused by hitting the ball off the crown.
• Hosel Strikes: Breakage or bending of the shaft caused by impact on the hosel (the "shank" area).
• Ground Impact: Shaft breakage or head damage resulting from striking stones, roots, or mats with excessive force.
• Modifications: Any clubs adjusted, re-shafted, or altered by a third party.

 

All warranty claims are subject to a professional inspection by Golf Sommet. Our high-resolution "Before Shipping" photos serve as the definitive record of the club's condition at the time of sale.

Order Tracking?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package. Or via the Shop App.

 

Price Match?

Due to different pricing strategies, we do not match Golf Avenue's trade-in quote. Due to the nature of pre-owned golf clubs, we would only offer a price match on used golf clubs on a case-by-case basis.

For new items(clubs and others), we may offer a price match from any large online retailer, with exceptions of discount codes, clearance or sale items. The item must be available for purchase.

Club Condition Ratings:

We rate our clubs on a 5-scale system based on years of usage and condition:

• Mint: Little to no scratches, like new condition
• Above Average: Showing some light scratches and normal signs of wear
• Average: Scratches are present as well as minor chips, free of dents and cracks
• Below Average: Deep scratches and/or chips are present, as well as paint fading, free of dents and cracks
• Fair: Small dents may be present, showing a lot of aesthetic damage, but the club is in playable condition without cracks

Examples:

• Newer Club: A Callaway Ai Smoke driver (1-2 years old) in Average condition will only show some scratches, free of chips and excessive paint fades.
• Older Club: A Titleist 913 driver (10-12 years old) in Above Average condition should still show some scratches and very minor chips.

 

What do we do before clubs are shipped to our customers?

Before shipping, every club undergoes a thorough inspection and quality check. We clean, test, and carefully package each club to ensure it arrives in perfect condition and ready to use.
