How It Works
- Add Your Clubs - Use the form below to add all the clubs you'd like to trade in
- Upload Photos - Attach photos of each club (face, sole, shaft, grip)
- Submit for Quote - We'll review everything and provide a quote within 24-48 hours
- Ship & Get Paid - Accept the quote, ship your clubs (prepaid label provided), and receive payment in 1 of 3 methods of your choice after inspection

What Do We NOT Accept:
- Counterfeit or Replica Clubs
- Dented or Cracked Clubs/Shafts
- Clubs that are modified more than 0.5" or more in length and 1 degree or more in lie angle(Ping Clubs With Dot System Excluded from Lie angle restrictions).
- Bent Shafts or Shafts with Paint Chips
- Shafts with more than 0.75" length modifications
- Excessive Skymarks/Paint scratches or rust
- Iron Set With Mismatched shaft or flex
- Club Head that needs a drill out(Broken shaft with no end sticking out)
What May Affect Your Quote Price(If not mentioned in trade-in submissions):
- Worn Grips
- Paint Scratches on the shaft
- Missing Weights or components
- Rattle in club head
- Extra Headcovers or missing headcovers on driver/putter
- etc.
That is why we encourage our customers to take pictures of the clubs so we can give you the most accurate prices!
Shipping In Your Clubs:
- If you have a box to ship, you can ship your clubs right away after accepting our quote. You have the option to opt in our direct trade-in program for tax savings.
- If you do not have a box, you can wait for your purchase to arrive and re-use the box! You will then have the choice of bank deposit or store credit as payment methods. Unfortunately, this is not eligible for our direct trade-in program.
- Prepaid Free Shipping if the quote value is over 400$.
- Discounted Calculated Shipping for quote value under 400$
- If we reject your clubs or alter the quote price after, and you wish to have your clubs returned, it may be subject to a return shipping fee (discounted).
Payment Options

- Direct Trade-In Towards new clubs(15% tax savings on your quote as well as 8% bonus!)
How does the Direct Trade-In Program work?
If you choose Direct Trade-In Towards New Club Purchase for payment options, instead of a store credit, we will send you a one-time Discount Code for your quote price, valid within 7 days after club inspection, and only for you to use. THIS WILL SAVE YOU ON TAXES! If you don't use the code within 7 days, we will transfer it to your store credit.
Ex. If your trade-in quote is 100$, we can deduct 100$ from the sale price so you pay 13-15$ less on taxes(113-115$ off), instead of only 100$ off from the order total.
